Managing the listing: Updating the calendar, pricing, and availability
Handling reservations: Accepting and declining requests, managing cancellations, and responding to Resolution Center requests
Communicating with guests: Responding to inquiries, messaging guests, and greeting them in person
Preparing the space: Restocking supplies, and ensuring it's ready for new guests
Assisting guests: Helping during their stay and writing reviews
Coordinating Cleaning: Cleaning is not included, but can be arranged for an additional charge if you do not have a cleaning team. Cleaning is between $50-$75 depending on the size of the listing.

Creating a compelling Airbnb listing is crucial for attracting guests and ensuring a successful rental experience.
First, we'll meet either in person or virtually to gather information to properly describe your home, its amenities, and guest access. This will facilitate the process of publishing your property online for easy reading. If you need us to take photos of your property, we'd be more than willing to do so at no additional cost.
Afterwards, we'll collaborate to come up with a with a captivating title and a hook that draws potential guests, and describes what makes your place unique, or why it’s the perfect getaway.
Finally, we'll create a guidebook that mentions nearby attractions, restaurants, and activities that guests might enjoy.
